Directions to the Shooting Ranges
Indoor Range
FROM THE A66
At the roundabout on the A66 take the exit for Keswick onto Crosthwaite Road;
At the end of the road turn left onto High Hill (heading to the town center);
Once across the bridge turn left (near the Premier Inn);
Take the first left, into the Pencil Museum Car Park and follow the road to the far end of the far park (off the tarmac). We are in the small building.
Outdoor Range
FROM A66 (heading west from Keswick)
After the Portinscale Junction (on your left) take a right turn in about 100 yards between a bunch of trees.
Follow this road for about 300 yards until you get to a small bridge where there is an old closed campsite (Braithwaite Campsite). Take turn off on the dirt road on the right of the campsite.
Follow the road for about 500 yards until you reach the gate at the end. You will see our field on the right.
Warning: The road from the old campsite is needing work done. You can park in the field, however, if you have a particularly low car, you may prefer to park near the old campsite.
